High School Senior Portrait Pricing
Terms are: Half down when booking the package/session and balance is due the day of the session or if you have more than one session, the total balance is due the day of the first session.
Information On Senior Portraits!
Your high school senior only graduates once from high school. I offer an amazing high school senior experience. This is a "good enough" world. Fast and cheap is sad but true. While some people are completely content with taking senior portraits on their iPhone, I offer something above and beyond a crappy image from a phone and your kid leaning against a tree or fence.
Ask yourself these questions:
- Doesn’t your child deserve better than “good enough”? Ill give you the best!
- Do you want the most to choose from? I deliver more photos than any other professional studio photographer. If you get a package that offers high resolution digital files in the package? Its nothing for me to deliver 200-300 images to keep that are print ready. I tweak every single file and make it look beautiful!
- Do you want the absolute best lighting? ( I shoot with lighting on every shoot. I am not a "natural light shooter" "Natural light shooter" = Photographers that don't know how to light.
- Do you want the absolute best color in your portraits? I will give you that. That is the number one comment that I hear. "The color is amazing!" I don't do the "brownish red" images that will be a fad today on Instagram but will be outdated next month. Kind of like the "fish lips" everyone was doing for a while. You'll hate it later.
- Do want something to hold in your hands? A printed print that is mounted and sprayed to protect it ? I can give that to you. (Those cheap labs? Their prints will fade very quickly. They are not made with the highest quality.
- Do you want your senior portraits to have awesome backgrounds and posing that other photographers don't do? I will give that to you.
- Do you want your photographer that does continued education year round and have the latest and best equipment and techniques to achieve the best images possible? I do that several times a year.

I am a FULL Time Professional Photographer. I'm not a mom with a Christmas camera. You will get my best work I can do every time. It is not practice for me. I don't get nervous. I give results.
All my Senior Portrait Pricing is available here on line. Some photographers will not show their pricing on line. I have nothing to hide and want you to know exactly what you are going to get. My complete prices or the prices of the prints in this Senior Portrait Section, I never want you to feel shocked at the total price you will feel forced to pay. You may even feel remorse for what you just purchased and it actually takes away from the beauty of the photos and fun of the experience for your senior. The best way to save the most money is do the session early. I do run specials earlier in the summer and sometimes later in the year but never during fall leaves peak or after school. I am so busy in October that I do not need to discount the price. I would love to be your photographer for years to come!
The Difference
Any printed photograph you purchase are what we refer to as final prints are mounted to a hard Sintra board, with a sprayed protective coating and professionally retouched. This includes whitening of teeth and any redness in the eyes will be gone along with any blemish such as scratches and insect bites, tan lines, red areas that are just not supposed to be there. This is included in the price of print. The nice thing about this is they will look exactly like they are only better. Some photographers run an action/ filter that just masks the portrait problems. They do it globally and the portrait looks like a porcelain doll. This looks horrible and they do it because its fast and cheap and frankly they either don't want to spend the proper time retouching the image properly or frankly don't care. "Good enough" They are hoping you don't know the difference. Here is a photo that shows the difference between our image presentation for delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL GET
I will photograph your senior at my studio in Stonewood. Directly after the session you will pick your one favorite image that you can use for the yearbook or graduation announcements. You can pint or post that one image as much as you want. This image includes retouching. If you want a gallery to look at at home later to decide? Please add $50. Once you pick the image, it will take a couple days to prepare it. If you need it the following day or same day there will be a rush charge. Please come DRESSED and makeup on in advance for this session. You get to look at a bunch but only get ONE HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE. If you want to purchase more they are $100 per high resolution file.

Just so we are clear on the print credit, You have a $50. print credit. If your order comes to $75? Your print credit is subtracted from your order. You would only owe $25. that would be paid when you check out in your cart. We have to add tax to everything.
Midsize Digital Location and Studio $850
The total price is $850. Includes 12 High Resolution Digital Files and a 16x24
WHAT YOU WILL GET

- 2.5 Hour Session On Local Location and Studio and is perfect for seniors that want good quality and only want a few outfits and want High Resolution Digital Files.
- This session includes 12 High Resolution Digital Files. Extra digital file are $50 each. There is NO print credit.

- This package includes one 16x24 Portrait that has to be one of the 12 you pick from.
- Two Total Outfits On Location It can be any location within 15 miles of the studio. This more designed for outdoor photography with professional lighting.
- Two Outfits inside my studio. It can be a suit for the yearbook if you need one of those or any outfit you choose and an additional outfit.
The more efficient you are the more photographs you will receive to choose from. Have all sports equipment, helmets, balls, uniforms pad, warm ups, ball racks, nets. Anything we don't have to go look for or have to find someone to unlock a door or turn on lights should be planned in advance. Don't forget a football when you play football or a baseball at the baseball field. When in doubt? Have it there.
After the session you will view and pick your final images on line in a gallery. You will pick your 10 favorites and we will retouch them and make them available to download. You will be able to print anything you want on your own with the files.
Elite Location Session Only $1200.
The total price is $1200.
You get a $400. print credit that you can purchase whatever you want.
With this session you can have unlimited location outfits for 3 hours. We are estimating you will get 5-6 outfits. We will not go over three hours so please be efficient! You can come to the studio and go to two locations anywhere within 15 miles of my studio.

- Bring small amount of props and keep it to a minimum. If you have 50 awards and shirts we will run out of time as images like that take a long time to set up.
- Location Session that can include water shots, vehicle images, pool, urban poses, your property. We will let you know how many locations we can go to. We wont be able to do every option but some are quicker than others. Plan on one or two options. This session is not the best if we have to go INSIDE a locker room or gym. Going inside a building requires a lot more lighting. If you insist on going inside a building on location you will most likely not receive 60 digital files to choose from. You will have to sign off on this before we start.
Exactly how many digital files you get will totally up to you but you are guaranteed to get 60. Be prepared and ready to smile and help us get the best possible senior portraits.

After the session you will view and download your final images on line in a gallery. You have a $400. print credit which you can order right on the website. Anything you order will be retouched. We will print your order and replace the unretouched digital files with the updated retouched digital files and make them available to download. You will be able to print anything you want on your own with the files.

Hint: If you place your order early and get the updated digital files updated in your package, you can use the updated files for any printing such as graduation announcements which will totally make your graduation announcements more professional.

This 7 Hour Session is AWESOME! Get plenty of sleep the night before. This session will allow you to have so much variety. You will have time to change your hair from straight to curly if needed or shave to have some with a beard and without.

DESTINATION SESSION $1900.
This is for the client that wants unique. I have been asked to go to Pittsburgh to shoot senior portraits. We also offer a day in Oakland Maryland and Swallow falls area. Its pretty epic! You will get up to 8 outfits and we can go to several locations there. I am including an image or three of places I have shot there. In Pittsburgh we can shoot on the Roberto Clemente bridge, Mount Washington and several other urban images in or near the city. Below is a link to see a couple images. This will take most of a day as we have to travel to get to these places. My son lives near Pittsburgh and will assist me and will guide us to awesome places to shoot with great Pittsburgh vistas. In Maryland i know my way around pretty well and know some great spots. We will meet and you will drive us to the location. I will have a couple boxes of equipment that we will need to bring into your vehicle. Here are samples from Oakland and Pittsburgh. This is so new will be adding new samples as we shoot these sessions.

The deal is, to book the summer and fall session and get pick one winter, spring, family portrait or a 4 outfit white box session for free.

BOOK
SUMMER: First we will do a 4 hour unlimited outfit summer session before schools starts. You can be photographed at the sports field and have them for the fall sports program if needed. We can take your suggestions or make great suggestions for you on what locations work best.
FALL: The second session is a 4 hour unlimited outfit session during the fall. We never know when the leaves will be at peak but its usually between October 14th- November 10th. The fall is usually the busiest time to shoot. Space is limited so if you have a date I wouldn't wait. I have limited Saturday appointments left already for the class of 2023.
GET FREE
The free session portions must be done before June 1st 2023. There are always a ton of days off in the springtime for kids built into the school calendar. We realize this is the busiest time of your seniors life. Please plan for this as we don't want you to miss out. If it looks like snow please call us if that is your choice. Its a first come first serve basis. No substitutions or partial refunds can be made with the free portions for any reason. You have these four choices.
FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION After they leave high school its never the same. You can have a studio portrait session or a local outdoor location session. Have all your family together and have something for your wall to remember. This session comes with 2-3 poses of one family. You pick the image you want for a 16x20 print that will come with the session. Great for Christmas cards! Click here to see an example.
WINTER SESSION The winter session is hour and a half long and offers 2 outfits. Snow is difficult to schedule. You can not schedule it in advance because as you know with West Virginia weather it could be 68 degrees and sunny in February. Sometime it doesn't snow at all. Do you know what the number one reason that people cancel a snow session is? The roads are bad! Duh! It never just snows on the trees and not on the roads. Snow sessions are fun and beautiful but don't underestimate how cold you will be getting. Plan on layers and gloves. You can take layers off of each outfit to get different looks. I have shot a ton of them. I have stood in a creek at 28 degrees and shot these sessions. I can hack it if you can. The results are incredible. The best way to schedule this is when you know a big storm is coming, call and make an appointment. It would be a first come first serve thing. I wont call you. SPRING SESSION Clients love spring sessions and cap and gown shoots. Go out with a bang with an amazing 2 outfit 90 minute session. The photographs will be done outside on location. Unique cap and gown sessions are fun. I will do something different with everyone and will ask you to bring items we may use. I have great ideas! If you want just some nice spring photos with your new outfits you will be wearing at graduation parties or even a prom gown or tux can be done. I will try to do something epic with each person. I will listen to your ideas or you can bounce some off me. Together we can get something outstanding accomplished. You will need to call me at 304 669- 9900 to book this portion.
WHITE BOX SESSION Get a four outfit white box session. Very cool poses in a 4 square grouping. You will get a 12x12 metal print ready for hanging on your wall. This is by far the best deal as it comes with a 12x12 metal print. The white box session all has to be shot on the same day so the lighting matches perfectly and will last 90 minutes minimum. The free session portions must be done before June 1st 2022. It is your responsibility to schedule this free portion. We realize this is the busiest time of your seniors life. Please plan for this as we don't want you to miss out. If it looks like snow please call us if that is your choice. No substitutions or partial refunds can be made with the free portions for any reason. You have these three choices.
You will not receive the white box digital files if you choice that for your free portion. It is a specialized product and we are not including them. You will only receive a 12x 12 metal print.
Just to be clear, you have a $1000 print credit included in your package. For example: if you purchase $1100 of products you would only owe the $100.
