I have shot more than 500 weddings in my career. My style is clean, crisp and traditional. I don't produce the "Brown-Orangish" , "Muddy" or "Light and Airy" images from presets that some photographers do. Those styles may look good this week but will quickly go out of style. Here are things you can expect from me when I shoot your wedding.
1) My color photographs are UNMATCHED. You will not get better color and skin tones from any other photographer. Each image is professionally edited my me personally. I edit for photographers around the world and have a great color eye.
2) All of my equipment is a Professional Grade and I have extra PROFESSIONAL equipment in case a piece of equipment fails.
3) I have a degree in photography. I have been professionally trained have maintained training and actually have taught other professional photographers all around the country.
4) I don't rush. If you want me to work really fast so you can get to the reception faster, then that would be setting me up for failure. Good things take time and I am pretty efficient. If you want to leave the church and make less photographs, the you will get less photographs. Its nearly impossible to do formal groups at a wedding reception. People loosen up and it really doesn't look professional.
5) I use professional lighting. I am not a "natural light" shooter. I will shoot some natural light but plan on crisp clean professional light.
6) I only book one event a day. When your package time allotted is over we may or may not be able to stay as I have family obligations sometime and I would want you to make sure you are getting the coverage you want.
7) I offer 7,10 and 12 hour packages. If you truly want an unlimited time package we can work something out for an extra charge. I don't want it to be a deal breaker.
8) My albums are top of the line. They are leather and they are NICE!
9) I will look like an professional artist and worker. I will be neat and clean. I do not wear a suit or tie as I sometimes lay on the ground.
10) I will shoot destination weddings. I have shot wedding in Las Vegas Nevada, Malibu California, Glacier National Park in Montana and two weddings in Dominican Republic. Talk to me about this type of work.
11) I had a very successful photography business for 27 years. I sold the business 2018 after some life changes. I legally can not show images that I have previously produced and got paid when I was working as that studio. I can however show you images from the quality of work I produced recently.
12) You will love your images. This isn't practice for me. I don't get nervous, and if I am given the right amount of time and cooperation, I can produce amazing image.

We really only want to work with wonderful clients who appreciate great photography and are willing to spend the time that is needed to make great images. I'm not going to cram a 12 hour day of wedding photography into 7 hours.
Destination Wedding
If you are having a destination wedding? You as the client will be responsible for the travel, air, transfers, parking, hotel (same hotel that you are staying in) and if a rental car is needed. I will talk with you and come up with a price of how much that will cost. I know some clients think that it is kind of a vacation for me and my assistant. It is a great deal work moving all the heavy equipment. We want you to have a wonderful time. and not worry if the photographer is coming. We will be there.
Please please please! If you don't choose me? Please do not hire a resort photographer! You have no idea who shot the images in the brochure. They trained that person for two days and give them 30 poses to shoot in exact spots. Take them outside those parameters? They will probably fail.
The rule of thumb is add the travel on top of the normal wedding package and travel for two people. I will give you the price after we talk. 304 669-9900.
Basic Wedding Coverage $4000.
You get 7 total hour coverage.
One photographer will capture your images.
High Resolution Digital files of all images delivered on a thumb drive and a private digital gallery that you and your family can have unlimited downloads to post or print as you wish. .
The number of images you receive will depend on what happens at your wedding. If you are late getting started then you will certainly receive less professional photographs. It really depend on what happens on your day. You will have a lot to choose from.
All images are professionally edited. You may get from 200-500 images depending on what happens on your day.
We suggest starting 2.5- 3 hours before the wedding so you wont run into your guests or your future spouse. Once the formal wedding images are complete, the wedding coverage is complete. This will not go over 7 hours.
Half down to book your wedding and the balance is due 10 days before the wedding. All payments are 100% NON REFUNDABLE, transferrable or will be rescheduled for any reason.
Full Wedding Coverage $8000.
You get 10 total hour coverage.
Joe McNemar and a second shooter will cover your wedding. This allows for multiple angles for capturing your special day. Things move much smoother with two shooters.
These images are professionally edited. This will be presented as a web gallery that you can download all files from anywhere in the world. You will also receive a thumb drive for back up. The number of images you receive will depend on what happens at your wedding. If you are late getting started then you will certainly receive less professional photographs. It really depend on what happens on your day. It would be totally possible for you to receive 250-600 images If you are late you will certainly get less..
All images are professionally edited. My color images can not be beaten.
We suggest starting 2.5- 3 hours before the wedding so you wont run into your guests or your future spouse. This is an 10 hour coverage. Extra hours are available for this package but will be due at the wedding.
Free 2 Hour Engagement Session which includes all high resolution digital files.
Half down to book your wedding and the balance is due 10 days before the wedding. All payments are 100% NON REFUNDABLE, transferrable or will be rescheduled for any reason.
Wedding With Album $11,000.
You get up to 12 hours coverage and I will have an assistant/photographer assisting me.
High Resolution Digital Files of all images that are delivered. These images are professionally edited. This will be presented as a web gallery that you can download all files from anywhere in the world. You will also receive a thumb drive for back up. The number of images you receive will depend on what happens at your wedding. If you are late getting started then you will certainly receive less professional photographs. It really depend on what happens on your day. It would be totally possible for you to receive 300-1000 images.
40 Page 10x10 Leather Album. (20 spreads) with up to 50 images.
1 16x24 Framed and matted print.for your wall. This is a beautiful product! You can have it at your reception of one of your engagement images or after the wedding and have one from your wedding day.
We suggest starting 3 hours before the wedding so you wont run into your guests or your future spouse and we are not rushed.
Free 2 Hour Engagement Session. In studio and on location session that includes all high resolution digital files.
